Laptop for programming

Hello, I'm looking for an ultrabook that will be mainly used for programming (mostly using IntelliJ, Visual Studio and Android Studio if that matters), but I'd like it to be able to run LoL. Battery life(6h+) and keyboard are a top priority, but I'd prefer it not to be too heavy as well(less than 1.6kg). Other requirements:

  • 13'-14' display
  • preferably 16Gb ram
  • would be nice if it had usb-c charging(I/O can be all usb-c, idc really)
  • 1000-1100€

I've looked at the XPS 13 and Thinkpad X1 Carbon and LG Gram. What do you guys think? Or should I wait for the Intel 10th gen launch?

Cheers
