Looking to build a 3 monitor setup

I've recently been through the process of shopping for a new comp and found myself wanting a 3 monitor setup for use in both gaming in productivity, focused more on the latter. 

 

An overview of specs are as follows: 

 

Ryzen 3700X

RTX 2070S (Gigabyte Aorus) (Using DisplayPort for the monitors preferably)

32GB DDR4-3200 RAM (Corsair Vengeance)
ASUS TUF X470 PLUS

 

 

Im looking to have one dedicated monitor for gaming and two side monitors for other things, preferably with VESA Support for a nice monitor tree, 

 

For the side monitors, I'm looking to keep on the less-pricey end of the spectrum with basic 60-75Hz, 27", FHD 1920x1080, and preferably IPS.

For the main monitor, I'm looking for a 144/240Hz, 27", WQHD OR FHD (just not 4k), also preferably IPS.

 

Uses would include music production, video editing, software development, and gaming.
