Hey, i tried to underclock my cpu with the ryzen tool because i wanted to have the pc running without it draining as much power eventho its prob not that much from before, but now when it reboots it gives the D4 error on the motherboard, i have no idea how to fix it. I've tried the bios button on the back, tried to plug a usb stick with a CAP file for the motherboard but nothing.

Specs :

PRIME X399-A

threadripper 1920X

Asus rtx 2080ti strix

32GB vengeance pro ram
