Don't even bother putting those cards in a case. They will literally melt.

Why 1tb of HDD space? You don't need anymore than 32gb....

You'll be fine with 4gb of RAM, maybe even 2gb.

Don't need all of those fans, don't need fan controller.

You can get a better Mobo for the money.

And you should get PCI-E risers :)

Feel free to ask questions

That case has some of the best cooling for that price point so I figured that with all the fans it would be fine.  I know about PCIe risers but they only work if you have some kind of exotic bench case rite?

Check out my post above yours, I built that with like $5 worth of wood and some screws.

You don't some exotic bench to do that :P

Case's aren't really recommended for Litecoin mining, because the cards would get SO hot that the system will shut down. Seriously. I made that mistake once.

I had 3x Gigabyte 280X's all sandwiched together like they would be in a case and they got to 95c and BOOM. The computer shut down. Don't make the same mistake that i did ;)

Hmm Looks like I'll have model a case/frame in sketchup.  Never thought 10+ case fans would be insufficient cooling.

I was doing 2 hard drives because I plan on raid 1 just to be safe.  The ram is just a placeholder as I already have some extra ram lying around from an old build.
