New Pre-Built PC Help

I'm currently looking to buy a new PC but would like to get one pre-built (UK). I have been looking to get this from cyberpower in England. I was wondering if anybody was able to help me configure a machine on there or give me some ideas on how to spend my budget.

I'm wanting to spend around £2k and game at either 4k 60fps or 1440p 144hz, I've been on the fence between a 2080 or 2080ti.

I would use the PC for gaming but would still like it to be fast when I open up a million chrome tabs whilst alt-tabbing from my games. I have heard the M2 SSD is faster than regular SSD and was thinking at 2TB would be enough for me as I have a HDD I can add in later. I don't know much about CPU or motherboards though so I'm lost at that part.
