Need help for a pc build

So i need help with building a pc.I want to play games on it and also use it for autocad lumion 8 mostly and maybe other programs of that kind.I have a budget of 700 euros.I found a i7 6700 128gb ssd 16gb ram ddr4(dont know the speed) for 500 euros and thinking of putting a 1060 6gb for another 230euros.I am probably going to request a ssd for 256gb which will raise the price another 10 euros.I want to know if this will be worth it or is there any better option.

What does the country have to do.Im just asking if the build i suggested was good for the price or another build which costs 700euros and is better than my build

Italy was the closest country on pcpp, but I'm not sure how different your economies are.

I do appreciate your time and thank you but i would be forced to buy all of this online because i dont believe theese can be local deals.Not many people use pc for gaming its mostly ps4 but there are gaming centre's that have pc so local deals or from store are at none help and if i would buy them online its a 25%tax for each item above 20 euros so and i would have to wait a month for them to arrive which itll be late august when ill be on vac and wont manage to use it on the summer at all when its my free time to game.I managed to find a prebuilt consisting of i7 6700 16gb ram ddr4 and a 128gb ssd for 400euros so totally functioning pc(mobo psu and all the other stuff needed except gpu)and ive found a 1060 6gb for 230euros or maybe lower which comes up at just above 700euros.On lumions website they dont specify anything about amd cpu or gpu requirements whilst if i do the build ive found it would handle everything as the requirements would say.Dont know if you know this or not but lumion has "scaled requirements" so if you need to work on something simple its recommended requirements are much lower and vice versa if you need to work on something highly detailed it needs i7 at 4ghz base or boost and a gpu 6gb vram and as an example it mentions the gtx 1060.I dont care how gaming perfromance is because if it is able to handle the heavy stuff well enough i know it will perform good on games too.There is an option for a ryzen 7 1700 gtx 1060 6gb 256gb ssd 16gb ram ddr4 for 730 euros but dont know which one would be better.Sorry for a long reply.
