I have a ryzen 5 2600 with stock cooler a asrock b450m pro4 16gb viper ddr4 ram and i am thinking of upgrading my rig to a third gen ryzen and a x570 so i need help for what to get for cpu and mother board for around $350 usd and i have a 750 watt psu 80+ bronze and is it worth upgrading cpu and motherboard?

Btw i make and play games make music and 3d model

Meh, it’s not really worth it with that little of a budget. 
You could get this, but it’s not gonna be a massive step up.

You could just upgrade your cpu and not bother with the motherboard. Maybe something like a Ryzen 7 2700X?

A simple bios update and that motherboard would support/run 3rd Gen Ryzen.  Seen here:  https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B450M Pro4/#BIOS

 

The board likely does not have good VRM's so I wouldn't slap the 16-core on it or try to overclock it much, but you could get the 6 or 8 core, maybe even the 12 if you were adventurous (but of course it's outside budget, just speaking of power constraints).
