New GeForce Beta Driver issues?

Ok i dont know wtf is wrong here but i just did the beta drivers update through GeForce experience and after restarting my pc it is so insanely laggy msi afterburner keeps going not responding same with the msi fan control utility. I really dont think its the drivers fault but does it seem like it could be that? should i downgrade and see if that fixes it? i was about to do a fresh install anyway for a clean windows 8.1 install since i got into the project spark beta :')

They are BETA drivers for a reason

Im aware of that. its the first time in years ive had an issue with beta drivers kinda takes me by surprise. Anyone else per chance installed them and running fine? Its rather bothersome to have a power plant pc run like this -.-

Well, roll back to normal drivers?

And report the bug to Nvidia?

Thats what im testing just waiting for the rollback. if it still does it then it could be my os got royally f**ked When my gpu other died cause it bluescreened when it happened.

Rollback complete and the same issue. I think the os itself is royally screwed.. not a huge issue since i wanted to do the 8.1 update off a fresh install anyway just interesting updating my gpu drivers brought the issue out

If you are talking about the 334.67 Beta driver know firstly that it is a Beta driver and you may not get the best or normal performance so just re-install the previous driver and update when the new WHQL driver becomes available. One thing i have noticed is that the Beta drivers don't seem to respond to GPU OCing to well.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.

im run stock lol anyway i find i ususally have better luck with beta drivers :/
