Displayport Flickering

Gigabyte B450 I Aorus Pro Wifi

AMD Ryxen 3 2200G

2x8 GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200

Samsung 970 EVO Plus 250GB

Benq GW2765HT

 

The bottom third of my Benq flickers constantly even when in the bios and continues in windows. I have tried multiple DP cables, I exchanged the motherboard thinking it was the problem. All drivers are up to date, Bios is up to date, chipset is up to date. I think I have it pinned down to the igpu, when I create a custom display setting in the Radeon app it stops. The problem is when i make a custom profile it won't allow me to use 8 bit or 8 bit + 2 bit FRC, it stuck at 6 bit but the flickering stops. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
