Dual display HELP

Okk so i am using dual displays. I had these for a year now. But i oddly seem to be distracted by the secondary monitor. I see lot of studies suggesting two monitors make a person more productive... Yet somehow after having used dual monitors i dont feel the same. I am someone who is studying for exams and i feel like not having that second monitor will let me concentrate better.. Is something wrong with me?

i think this would fall under a different perhaps general subforum as there isn't something actually wrong with your monitor or computer
