So I messed up

I was on my computer doing things I wasn't supposed to and long story short I got some type of virus and couldn't get rid of it so I tried to reset Windows that ended up crashing on me and then I tried restoring to msi factory settings that seemed to make it worse now i have now idea how to fix it i have a msi laptop cant remember what model exactly but its a gs series please help

Reinstall windows via a bootable USB.
