RTX 2080 Super or RTX 2080ti, especially w/newer games likely becoming more and more graphics intensive.  It'll make future resistant better w/the top card, along w/amazing performance now.  4k is quite demanding and the RTX 2070 Super benchmarks aren't at or sustaining 60 FPS as an average, so the top cards'll be required, unless you're willin to downgrade your graphics to 1440p/1080p at higher frame rates; then a RTX 2070/80 Super would be great.

Theyre all close enough, just get the cheapest one

"Close enough" for $200-500.  I wouldn't recommend abiding by that advice, whatsoever.  Get what you're aimin for, especially if it's performance-based.  4k is quite demanding, so the higher the better, overall.

I would have said 2070 Super, but RX 5700 XT has actually surprised me (And everyone else too probably). It's only 5% behind the 2070 Super, while being $100 less. Turn down to high settings and you should get 60 fps in most titles. And in some titles you can still get away with 60fps ultra (Battlefield V for example). That's what I would do.

Yes the 2080, 1080ti, Radeon VII and 2080ti are more ideal...but for 10% less performance than a 2080, how can you argue against it when it's $400?
