Logitech G703 Strips Problem

Hey guys,

 

i have a G703. After a plastic thingie in the inner body of the mouse wheel had broken, i opened the mouse to try to fix it. Now, i have ordered a new mouse wheel from ebay. When i tried to put the pieces together, something went wrong: there are half-circular 2 sticky strips (see attachment) that are now so scratched. How do you call these strips, and from where or how can i replace them?
