Windows 7 or 10

My friend was just given an HP pavilion slimline s3431.uk 

 

Would this machine be able to run windows 7 or 10? How about games like Minecraft

 

AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ / 2.6 GHz

NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE / nForce 430

3GB DDR2

I was wondering whether using the older operating system would be better for performance of the old machine, would 32 or 64 bit be better?

64 bit will be better because it allows java to allocate more ram to minecraft

It might be able to if you turn down chunk rendering and IMO get Windows 10 cause its 2019
