i recently got my self a 144 z 1920x1080 LCD display.I have set it up and then when i went into the nvidea control panel to set the refresh rate from 60hz to 144hz my screen went blurry.Can someone help mr fix it?I havea gtx 1060 3 gb and i have a standard DVI cable,my mopnitor is a acer KG251Q same thing happens when i set it to antrhing above 69hz.pls help

Did you update the drivers for your GPU and everything before trying?
