Media volume not working

So I just dropped my phone (honor 10) in the bathtub while watching a readit reading on yt, I dryed it off and was scared to death when there was NO sound ( turned it all the way upp and still not eaven a slight buzzing like when my older phones where wett) but the ringtone ald alarme works perfectly...

I tryed other videos and spotify but there its no sound...
