What setting to choose ?

I recently changed from amd to RTX 2070. My current monitor has freesync on it. I guess its useless now. There is another option when i turn off freesynch that is Response time. 

 

It is divided into 3 parts - Standard, Faster, Fastest.

 

Which one to choose among them? Will it affect my performance and make my gameplay look more crispier ?

 

Samsung LC27FG70 is my monitor
