random freezes and frame drops

hello all, 

 

Lately im getting random freezes and frame drops while gaming, 

easly 20 fps down but it only take like a second but starts to get annoying,

gpu is around 98% usage and cpu around 70-80 ish

what els i see is that the cpu temp. is going around 60-80c

playing on 4k settings

is there anyone that could help me out ?

i7 8700k 

RTX 2080TI

msi z370 gaming pro garbon

corsair vengeance 3000 mhz 

corsair 750x power supp.

windows 10.
