It allows you to install 2.5" drives in a 3.5" drive slot...

Is there any chance that I can add more 3.5" slots on my PC? I think I'm running out of space for my 3.5" drives...

If you have a lot of front bays, there are a number of kits that can take 3x 5.25" and give you 5x 3.25"
Like this:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Converter-NEW-Adapter-Bracket-Convert-Positions/dp/B07KFX5RWZ

This doesn't fit cases that have any weird mounting systems built into the case, or ones that separate the bays.

Your other option is to buy something like that and simply bolt it to the chassis somewhere if you have space internally.  This will then give you the mounting you need.  It's not ideal, but cheaper than a new case.

Nope. That's why I'm asking if there's some other way...

No 5.25" bay unfortunately. My case is a Tecware Nexus M

Looking at the case your only real option is to buy some kind of mounting bay, and bolt it somewhere in the case.
Either that or its time for a bigger case!
Oh, or gaffa tape the drive somewhere I guess.

Obviously if you change your mind of having something external that opens a world of options, but a bigger case may be the cheaper option.
