Windows 10 boot error

So I’ve been having some issues booting for a while but suddenly today it came to head when I got a blue screen stating that my PC needs to be repaired with the error code 0xc000000e. I searched around for what this could be and tried the fixes I found with nothing working at all. I decided the easiest course of action from would be, to just system restore windows using a recovery usb. Unfortunately not even this worked as every time I try to use the recovery drive I’m just met with an error “failed to recover” and after trying to do a few more fixes from random forums attempting to use the boot drive is now giving me a different error 0xc0000000f. Any help would be much appreciated I can’t seem to find anything that works.
