It would be nice if we knew the specs...

You forgot about the CPU cooler, PSU, motherboard. and case.

 

Since this is your second build, I rate it 5/10 since the colour scheme isn't consistent, the PSU cables and CPU cooler are hideous, and the dark tint of the side panel makes it hard to see anything.

Is your graphics card in an x8 slot? Are you also using mis-matched memory with the single HyperX Fury red stick and then those two other black modules in A1 and B1? It's a little uncoordinated color-wise with the blue fans, red motherboard and memory, and green GeForce logo, unless that's what you were going for.

 

I'd rate it a 6/10, it's a nice effort, but it needs some stuff cleaned up such as moving the graphics card up to the 16x slot (if possible or for whatever reason you have to have it in a lower slot) and getting matching LEDs in whatever color you prefer.
