Jump to content

Go to your motherboard manufacturer's website and download the driver for the network card. Put it on a USB or something and install it on your PC and try again.

 

EDIT: First, try opening device manager, right clicking on the network card and clicking update driver. Windows may be able to load a default driver.

You should of had the ethernet cable connected during install as it needs net access to do some updates during the install.  If what Oshino Shinobu said doesn't work then you need to install Winblows again and this time connect the RJ-45 to your mobo.  good luck
