Hi, y'all!

I'm currently having issues with my GC-Alpine Ridge (rev. 2) card, both with networking and peripherals - These problems started happening in April, and I don't know if these issues correlate to the huge Windows Update that happened back then.

When using it for networking, with an iMac or Macbook, the computers can discover and access each other just fine. The problem is that when the Macs try to read from my computer, either the transfers speeds are a couple of hundred KiloBytes, or the connection just drops. My computer, on the other hand, can read files from the Macs, and even transfer files from them, at full 10/Gb speeds! But when I try to write files to the Macs, the connection drops...
With peripherals, like external Firewire drives that is connected through a Thunderbolt adapter, I can transfer files for minutes at a time before the connection drops.

The motherboard I'm using is an ASRock x299 Taichi XE. The brand discrepancy is, from what I've gathered from forums and other builds, a non-issue since Thunderbolt cards are not reliant on matching motherboard brands.

Hope that somebody can derive anything useful from this info!

Cheers
