Reconmendations (web server)

Okay so I actually just recently saw an ad for PebbleHost on one of the LTT videos and it's actually really cheap for a VPS.

 

I was wondering has anyone else used their services and if so how are they?

 

Also I've been out of the web server game for a while, I'll be running the server on the latest stable build of CentOS but I am looking for some WHM/Cpanel alternatives that are free. To be honest I love me some WHM/Cpanel but I'm not about to pay an arm and leg for it.

 

The only reason I even want to install managing software like that is because I really dislike having to run my servers via ssh (I can install LEMP just fine but hate having to manage it afterwards).
