Left Ctrl + Left Shift + P doesn't work, but using Right Ctrl does

I am having an issue with my Rosewill Fusion C40 keyboard. The issue is, when I try to use shortcuts that involve Control and Shift, and another key (let's use P for this topic), it will not register if I use the Left Control key. The position of shift doesn't matter. Here is a screenshot of me pressing Left Ctrl+Left Shift+P:

It doesn't register the P. However, I can use Right Ctrl, along with Left or RIght Shift, and it registers P, as shown here:

I really am at a loss here.

It's a membrane keyboard. Meaning it has 2 key rollover. If you press more than 2 keys at the same time, it might not register some of the keys. Which combinations don't work will depend on how they set up the membrane.
