Welp, since I built a new PC (my first build ever), I was in need of a new set up regarding the desk. With wanting to run two monitors I needed more room, as well as the old desk just generally not fitting in with my room and fitting well for how tall I am. This set up is far from a pro level, but it is perfect for me and I am quite pleased with myself.

System Specs:

Ryzen 7 2700 4 Ghz @ 1.375V | Thermaltake Floe Riing 250 | Asus Prime X470 Pro Mobo | G.Skill Ripjaws V 3200 Mhz memory | 3 Thermaltake Riing Pro 120mm Fans (2 intake, 1 exhaust) | 512GB Inland Professional M.2 NVME SSD | Kingston A400 240GB SSD | EVGA Supernova G3 650W | Fractal Design Meshify C in Black

Peripherals:

Corsair Void Pro White | Corsair ST100 RGB Headset Stand | Logitech G305/Razer Naga Green Edition (depending on the game) | Corsair K65 | Acer XFA 240 (main 144hz panel) | Acer panel my friend gave me (25 inch) | Dual Arm Vesa Mount | Corsair MM350 Extended Mouse Pad | Amazon Wireless phone charger | Viva/Smugdesk Ergonimic Office High Back Mesh Chair with roller blade wheels for use on carpet | Cable management by a cable sleeve with precut reliefs for cables to enter or exit

New Desk:

Found on Facebook Market Place, I believe it is some old Ikea table top, but the rest was a shop project for a shop class, dimensions are 61" wide x 30" deep x 30" tall | Height Adjustable | Table top is some sort of 1" thick butcher block with beveled edges and a smooth finish with a slight shine

Let me know what you guys think! To me this has been a fun experience and very eye opening to the world of computers. If I could do it all over again, the only change would be to go with all Corsair cooling as I believe their software to be a bit better, and I would have one less program on my computer to control lighting or fan speeds since my peripherals are also Corsair. Changes to come will be a definite GPU upgrade, currently just waiting for the Navi cards to show their faces in the real market and not just a keynote and see what that does to the market pricing/performance margins. When I do that, I will likely also get some Cable Mod PSU cables made for the 24 pin, 8 pin CPU power, and whatever supplemental power my GPU will need to bring more white into the build as the Asus Prime Mobo has a few white heat sinks, and the added white will make the RGB color of choice pop a tad more. Any names people can think of for the build? I know its not much but its something I'm pretty proud of!

My First (Current) Build:

Ryzen 7 2700 (3.90 1.35v OC) | Asus Prime X470 Pro | G.Skill Ripjaws V 16gb 3200 | Inland Professional 512gb M.2 NVME | Samsung 860 Evo Sata M.2 1TB | Corsair H115i Platinum | Corsair ML 140 RGB Fans | Fractal Design Meshify C | EVGA RTX 2070 XC Ultra

Laptop:

HP Spectre X360 13t Gem Cut (i7 8565u, 240gb, 8gb mem)

My Ride:

2015 VW Golf TDI Sportwagen

Eventually an XJ manual...

That's a super clean setup! Love the cable management, nicely done. :) I love the new monitor mount, makes the setup look that much more cohesive now that your monitors are on the same level.
