Hello I've been on the site before but I wanted to get some ideas on what parts I should use for NDS and GBA emulation close to or better than the original devices I am going to do my research but you guys are very helpful so I decided I get Ideas from you.

gba & nds requirement are very low, you phone is very capable for these emu

any pc not too old will do

eg  ryzen 2200g

for just these emu, 2200g is more than enough, it has very good integrated graphics.

cannot recommend any intel right now.
