BF4 Problems...

I can only run like barely 60fps on bf4 with my 770, I don't know the problem! But when I see benchmarks, a 670 can run ultra at 64 fps! I don't know whats wrong with my build! Please help!

When I mean barely 60fps on bf4 with my 770, I'm running high not ultra like the 670.

If it means anything the best my GTX 680 could do 1080p@ultra was 60fps. It was overclocked a little.

I've heard that BF4 runs better on Win 8. So your 7 maybe the problem, but as I already said, I just heard it, so I'm not sure if it's a fact.
