Sorry if you have answered this question many times or if i seem very misinformed. 
When i'm playing games e.g. watch dogs 2, ultra settings @ 1440p my gpu(rtx 2080) instantly jumps to 4000rpm once i hit around 78 degrees Celsius .Should i be concerned and is there anyway to fix this?

Adjust fan curve so the fans kick on around 60c I would suggest. (That’s what my 2070 does automatically)
