I hope you have some information on Immersion Cooling and I have provided some links available on the web.

 

I would you request for you opinion and comments on "Immersion cooling " and will it come to consumer PC any time soon.

Any idea on the costing or How much will it cost if is implemented in a gaming rig or desktop computer.

you can do it right now, just have to DIY pretty much everything. You have to get the right mineral oil, buy/build a fitting container/tub and after submerging your system you have to have some sort of convection cooling or pump system to keep the temps low. Then you'd have to maintain the system, by ensuring the oil isn't too impure from dust or something, or my ensuring the container is still completely sealed etc.
