Lan port not working

Hey guys I have quite the problem right now, my house has been struck by lightning and most of the things that had a lan port are fried, but my pc survived.

Do you guys have any tips to test my system for any flaws?

 

Everything boots, I am currently typing this topic on it.
 I've detected that the lan port on my motherboard stopped working, but I can still use wifi.

 

My gear:

- Fractal Design Define R6 TG case

- 2x G.Skill ddr4 3200 trident z rgb

- MSI MPG Z390 gaming pro carbon ac

- Fractal Design celsius s36

- I7 9700k 

- MSI GeForce RTX 2080 DUKE OC
