Choppy Games

Some of my games, mainly CS:GO and Borderlands 2 just started being choppy about 2 days ago and anything I do doesn't seem to fix it, I even have 300+ frames in csgo and it is still choppy, same with borderlands. This hasn't happened with any other games either.
