I fixed it, I installed Realtek drivers and it worked.

Computer science major that didn't try that first, I feel like a idiot.

It is 2am and I have failed. After installing the latest windows update my sound has been taken from me. I tried everything I could, updating, reinstalling, resetting bios, and I have no idea what is wrong. I guess I am not streaming tomorrow when I get home. If anyone has anything else that I could try let me know because it is a pain having a laptop with no sound.

have you tried uninstalling the device, installing the correct drivers, then restarting Windows? (You might have to tell Windows to not install drivers automatically.)

It's possible Windows installed a new incompatible audio driver which is causing the issue.
