I was playing around with my bios oc today. I was able to get my ram running at 3200mhz as ram advertised on a i7 5820k without increasing bclk which is a surprise while having 5820k at 4.2ghz 1.22v. The only thing i did was changing 2400mhz stock speed to 3200mhz without touching anything else. Can someone look over these values for me and see if anything is off? Memory tab info seems okay to me but the spd tab has some crazy numbers for jedec and xmp.

ah, SPD chip just gone insane

 

but 3200MHz CL15 is nice.

ive always wanted 47483648MHz ram to go with 2,147,483,648‬ cas latency. PSSSST 2,147,483,648‬ is 2^31 aka max value of signed int.

Why is there so many profiles under spd tab?

Does it mean im running the xmp 3002 profile?

I personally have no clue if your ram is hitting your XMP correctly but if you have the details on the XMP and you want to make sure your actually hitting the cl and frequency i would manually enter the values in the motherboard. like @Jurrunio said the SPD chip is going crazy which contains the XMP profiles which do not effect how well the ram performs they meagerly act as a dictionary with some values to be set automatically in the bios. You can look up your kit online and see what values you need to enter for your ram overclock usually the voltage is changed the freqency and then like 4 or 5  of the latencys.

Post your score to a RAM overclocking leader-board and see how long it takes for them to take it down.

SPD is just a mere suggestion on what the board should use on the memory. Multiple profiles so it can adapt to different frequency limits on different platforms.

how can i confirm which profile im running? whats a good ram benchmark ?

are you saying 3002 because its timing in spd showing in memory tab?
