Issue with uploading internet drivers

I have a newly built pc with a msi z390a pro mobo and Windows installed with no problem the chipset drivers installed no problem but once we tried installing the internet/LAN drivers it gives me this error “adapters are not currently present in the system” when I tried auto running the driver from a usb. Even tried running the disc that came with the mobo but same error. We have even re installed windows with no luck. The drivers came from the msi website as well.

if you go into device manager and look around there should be a name for the adapter try googling that and see if it wil llet you install that driver
