problematic pc

it started 2 months ago

my pc started to become slow af

booting up is slower (from 5 seconds to a whopping 2 minutes)

opening task manager takes minutes too!

scrolling is very laggy

moving window is very laggy also

not very responsive

task manager 100% system interrupts sometimes or (services controller app 100%)

also when I play games those sounds were awful, they make cracking and popping glitches noises which are very loud

it just acts like very old and slow cpu running windows 10 with 1gb of ram and no gpu

 my specs:

CPU:Intel i7 8700 (non-k)

GPU:GTX1060 3gb

PSU 550W

SSD: ADATA SU800 256GB

RAM: Geil evo potenza 2x 8gb 2400mhz(oc to 2933mhz)

Truthfully, sounds like you have viruses or malware on your system. To fix it, you should reformat your system.

Download Process explorer. See what it says is hogging resources. Have a look in task manager at disk usage.

Reboot into safemode and check again. If it's still happening it's likely a hardware issue.

If it's not like @Skiiwee29 said you probably have a virus or perhaps a bug somewhere. You definitely want to reinstall windows on a clean format. Don't just try to repair.

System idle is your available CPU resource.

10-20% usage while idle is very high it should sit between 0-2% when nothing's happening
