Deepcool 360 problems

I have the Deepcool genome case, which comes with a preinstalled deepcool captain 360 water cooler. Have had it for little over a year and now, when I turn on my PC the water pump will start making a very loud buzzing noise. It doesn't do it right away either, it usually takes a few minutes after booting up for the buzzing to start and the buzzing always occurs. You can hear in the video that everything is super quiet, and then it's just an instant loudness coming from the pump. Does anyone know what could be going on? Is the pump going bad?
