AMD drivers

My notebook Dell-latitude-e6440 is not booting after i install amd catalyst control (radeon setting didint want to install) i disable amd gpu in safe mode (the notebook has 2 gpu one intel second amd)

i7-4610m

intel hd graphics 4600

amd radeon hd 8670m/8690m

16 gb ram

win 10 pro

not POST-ing or it stuck in black screen while loading windoze?

it wiil boot but then it write wait and the wheel stop turning a its all the time

Try DDU the drivers and use Leshcat's driver. https://sourceforge.net/projects/leshcatlabs/files/ ?
