Microphone "listen to this device" volume slider not appearing!

I have the problem that when i want to use the "listen to this device" on my mic, the sound is quite low. And i have seen on many videos that they have a mic volume slider, under the sound tab on their headset. It also takes quite a long time befor i hear myself. Also, for me there is no mic boost option under the mic settings. How do i fix this?

BTW im using a steelseries arctic pro + GameDAC and trust gtx252 emita plus.
