Remote Access To Certain Program?

Hi,

 

I was thinking if there is a way of allowing remote access to a certain program? 

 

I have tried the RemoteApp tutorial using this: http://microsoftplatform.blogspot.co.uk/2011/09/running-remoteapp-on-windows-7.html but that doesn't seem to work, my Windows 7 doesn't seem to have that registry TSAppAllowList how do I get it? 

 

The reason I want this is so I can give my cousin access to one certain program that he needs, I don't want to set it up for his computer because he messes it up so just install Linux Mint on there and no problem since, only problem Wine does install the program but some functionality doesn't work. 

 

So what programs are there that will do this? It doesn't have to be remote access using Windows, it can be a third party application that will make this work. Just don't want to give cousin access to the whole computer, just that one particular program that he needs.
