FPS DROP/LAPTOP Stuttering

Hi guys I need help ASUS TUF GAMING FX705DU RYZEN 7 3750H GTX 1660TI 16 GB RAM suddenly always almost fps drops and stuttering in any games I play i don't know the solution can you help me? I tried using msi afterburner overclock gpu but I can't seem to fix it by that . Here are the MSI Afterburner Statistics i gathered while encountering the problem

why the heck is your integrated graphics so hot when you have a D-GPU in the laptop? I would check with Asus support

You sure you using the correct input/output for connectors and making sure that you're using your GPU?

The integrated graphics is the display but on games the gtx 1660ti is the main gpu being used

rx vega 10 is the integrated graphics for ryzen 7 3750h sir

RX vega 10 is the integrated graphics but the temp on it is just the CPU Temp

This could cause problems.

I recommend you to use only the dedicated GPU.

whenever I disable the integrated graphics the gta v would only go 10 fps

Did you notice thst your CPU runs az 400mHz?

That causes the stutter i had the same laptop with the same issue and I took it back because I thought it was a factory flaw. After some research turns out that if soma factory asus software are missing the CPU will lock itself to 400mHz making everyday us impossibly slow.

My go to with laptops starts with power. does this happen when plugged to a wall or just when on battery only? a lot of laptops to make thier battery claims underclock everything significantly without a plug. I have an older laptop ASUS K501 (i7, gtx 960, 16 gugs ram) it plays most things  fine plugged in at medium settings, but pull the plug and it turns into a web browsing PC and media consumption only devise. I go from 60 fps in most games on medium settings to lowest settings and 20-30 fps with dips. It seems to be something ASUS does a lot more than other laptop makers (though many of them do undervolt/clock) I have tried many other brands where the performance hit is not as drastic, not sure they will be the next brand I buy because of it.  

 

if plugged in then next question would be making sure your windows settings are to performance and disablign any power saving features. 

 

then if still bad updating and/or downgrading drivers after research for which drivers are bugged and/or performing best 

 

once that is there the question would be cooling making sure its on a laptop pad preferably one with fans.

 

if all of the above and still low frame rates I would call AMD and maybe RMA or just if withing window for the store return it and get another brand.
