because he gives no budget I give most expensive.

I live in misery USA. my timezone is central daylight time which is either UTC -5 or -4 because the government hates everyone.

That's not true. It completely depends on the game. Metro Exodus and Assassin's Creed Odyssey both drop below 60 FPS at 1080p on a GTX 1080 Ti. In Metro Exodus it happens at the desert map, and in Assassin's Creed it happens in any big city. Both cases are 100% GPU bound. So if you were to just get an RX 570 as an example, they would hit a wall on those games and framerates would be in the 30s and 20s. See here:

 

 

 

Far Cry New Dawn also dips below 60 quite a bit.

So which price is it ? as there is a big difference between $2000 and $5000. Just say how much you want to spend as that makes it easier otherwise you will just get people picking expensive parts for no reason like the SLI Titan above.

 

Why those two cpu's ? I wouldn't choose either for a high end gaming pc.

 

Do you need a monitor as well as mouse/keyboard ?

 

Are you actually going to build this ?
