For what resolution though? No good spending all this if all you're playing on is a 1080p 60hz monitor is it..

Chances are you'll be happy with just a ryzen 5 2600 and a vega 56/rtx 2060. And if you're going to spend all that money, at least bother to put a 1tb ssd in there. Also, what about the psu?

well that stupidly overprice ssd gotta go, i mean more storage mean never going to bother with it. There is Seagate Barracuda Pro it seems to be a very good HDD, for SSD that MX500 will be more than sufficient for all your need.

No need for a 9900K if just gaming. The 8700K/9700K would be fine.

Not a fan of that board for the price/performance. The Gigabyte Z390 Aorus boards are better.

I would rather have a big air cooler like the BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 4.

You don't want to go with current gen Ryzen for 144 FPS. Even the 2700x falls behind in that regard. 1440p is still mostly GPU bound but there are a few games where the CPU still does control the upper end of the FPS you can achieve and as you upgrade your GPU, it will be less and less a bottleneck. Also I wouldn't go with anything at this point that doesn't have Ray Tracing hardware since everything else coming up has it (PS5, next AMD cards, Nvidia cards) which will mean many more games supporting it.
