Hyper V VM freezing host please help

Hello I have been using hyper v and was installing windows 7 ultimate using a all in one iso the first time i got only one screen into  the install and it froze my hole pc including the host I tried even pressing caps lock and the light wouldn't come on also ctrl alt delete nothing so I held down the power button and restarted the pc opened hyper v again after boo and tried installing again this time i got farther into the setup but it happened again so here I am
