Microphone Input does not Detect. Help please

Hi my name is Jabreil

 

So i bough a  MSI GE72 in 2016 It has never really given a problem but everytime when i try to use a Microphone it won't work so i just Ignored it

Then it got really annoying since the Bulit in Mic was horrible and my friends couldn't Handle it. So i watched Multiple videos on how to get this Repaired none of them worked, I even Factory Reset my pc, Re installed all my Drivers and Updates some yet nothing

A couple years passed as i Bought a USB Wireless Headset. this fixed the situation as it showed as another Microphone Via USB.

So i bought some Steel Series Siberia 800. I connected the usb, It shows the Output but no input

YET Again this Problem is back. I have tried other stuff like USB Mics and these would show but i want my Microphone on my headset to show..

Can anyone please contact me and try to fix this. I will even go through the Trouble of going on a Discord call and screen sharing so maybe you guys could help
