Laggy 2080

Hey, so I just built a new PC, with ryzen 5 2600x, palit rtx 2080, 3200MHz 16gb corsair vengeance RAM, 600w be quiet! psu, and I’m gaming on 1080p. At the time I’m playing fortnite, and I’ve capped my FPS to one 160 and were expecting it to constantly be up there with one setting on epic and the rest on low. But it’s not like that, it drops all the time and goes as low as 60 FPS. (I used my old SSD and I had problems with drops on my last PC aswell, Idk if it can cayse anything)

 

Anyone have any clue on what can be causing it and how to fix?
