Radeon 6900 Cooling

Hi i have recently scrapped together a pc and it all works great but the only problem is my graphics card on the factory amd fan profile when im gaming it sounds like i have a fighter jet flighing above. 

Does anyone have any sugested mods, cooler swaps or anything, thanks.

take of the shroud and and zip-tie fans over the heatsink. 

 

also you should consider repasting the GPU while you are at it. 

 

what GPU exactly?

The drivers say it is a

AMD Radeon HD 6900, but the case for it has Asus branding on it. 

 

Any help?

i will need a specific GPU

 

GPUz should give you a reading on the specific model. 

 

then ill need the card variant, but a picture will do

I would give undervolting a try and repasting too.
