Power lead

i ask a lot of dumb questions on here but i think its better to be safe than sorry. I want to repkace the power lead for my computer and am not sure if the other power lead i have will be enough. Its a 10a/ 125 volt cable and dont know if thats enough for my computer. Im pretty sure i have a 750 watt seasonic power supply.
