Doom Texture Mods

Any suggestions for textures mods for the original Doom games? It's been too long and I'm thinking going back and playing through all of them again, I'm not interested in mods that completely change the game (like Brutal Doom) I'm looking for something that is a slight upgrade to the original.

The neural upscale mod looks interesting (maybe a bit too far from the original though) has anyone tried it?
