Opening in the wrong program

as i use my comuter as normal when i restarted it it well is had the icon of real player and everyprogram openeing within real player like chrome is there a way to undo it

Search for default programs in start. And set programs defaults.

From Control panel you will find place where to set default program to all the stuff. Another way is to reinstall software and installation will make it default for those files you select.
